From the very beginning, we moved away from the concept of mass-producing cheap synthetics and focused on creating environmentally friendly, 100% cotton Spunlace nonwoven fabric using an advanced German Trützschler production line.
Our production portfolio is divided into two key areas:
We produce and supply high-quality fabric in rolls for personal hygiene, medical, and cosmetology product manufacturers.
Flexible composition: 100% organic cotton, available in Organic or Bleached options, as well as blended versions such as cotton/viscose in 50/50 or 70/30 proportions, depending on your equipment requirements.
Density, GSM: The most in-demand industrial range is from 30 to 60 g/m², with 45–55 g/m² being the most economically balanced option for production.
Slitting width: From 160 to 2,200 mm. The most commonly requested slit sizes are 150, 160, and 180 mm.
